Welcome

The RCO is thrilled to announce an exciting new opportunity for young, aspiring organists aged 15 and under: Organ Explorers. Taking place from Thursday, 31 July, to Saturday, 2 August, this immersive two and a half day event is tailored to introduce the organ to beginners, including those with little or no keyboard experience.

Based at St Giles, Cripplegate, LondonOrgan Explorers offers a supportive environment where participants can take their first steps towards exploring a repertoire while learning more about organ technique and improvisation. The course features a rich programme of classes, services, informal concerts, and a visit to one of London’s most famous pipe organs!

An inspirational team of tutors—including Robin Harrison, Pam Hulme, Hannah Gill, Kate Matthews, and Anne Marsden Thomas—will guide learners through this structured and engaging experience, sparking a lifelong passion for this magnificent instrument!
